This Ethernet media converter, model 3302, supports both full-duplex and half-duplex communications as well as LFP. It is available for 8.3/125, 8.7/125, 9/125 or 10/125µm single mode fiber and 50/125, 62.5/125 or 100/140µm multi-mode fiber. The media converter features built-in remote diagnostic capability and a unique switch chip design.It boasts a 512kb SSRAM buffer and a 2k MAC address list. Its data transmission distance range is from 2km to 20km at a speed of 100Mbps or 10Mbps. In addition, broadcast filtering, address auto-learning and auto-update functions and store-and-forward mechanisms are available.
