This compact data communication tester, model A0300002, provides various interfaces including V.24, V.35, V.11, X.21, G.703 Co-dir 64kbit/s and G.703-2Mkbit/s for data exchange and has accommodations for future interfaces. It provides histogram display of error analysis results or alarm data. The portable tester supports synchronous data transmission, asynchronous data transmission, G.821 analysis, G.826 analysis and frame analysis. Measurement results can be stored in its onboard memory to prevent data loss in the event of power failure.
