Is this for real? Seriously - ok, the Ice Cream Diet apparently claims that it's possible to eat something obviously delicious, and a person is able to experience weight loss. Since all people, almost all, love to feast on ice cream; this sounds just incredible, doesn't it? What we're going to do is perform a review of this thing called the Ice Cream Diet, and let's see if this is all bogus, or not.

First, we have to give credit because the Ice Cream Diet actually tells you that you need to eat good quality fruits, vegetables, and get proper fiber. While the name of the diet focuses on ice cream, which everyone loves, the fact is you mostly have to eat healthy, low calorie foods if you are going to follow this diet plan. The Ice Cream Diet gives you suggestions for meals, including when you eat in restaurants. It's interesting that some are surprised, and maybe dismayed, that the 'safe' limits for ice cream consumption are on the sparse side, and why is that not surprising? They don't want you to lose interest in the diet, or to fail, so they engineer a safe amount of calories you can consume from eating the ice cream. The end result is your ability to experience weight loss while being able to enjoy some good stuff each day.

Most people assume that the only reason the ice cream diet includes ice cream is to kill the otherwise intolerable taste of the diet. However, the fact is that ice cream itself may help you to lose weight because of the calcium it contains. Calcium is essential, when you dont get enough your fat cells are signaled to store more fat. The consumption of calcium helps the body burn fat more efficiently. No matter what kind of diet you are on, you always have the option of taking a calcium supplement. Having a consistent exercise plan will help you lose even more weight.

We do feel that the name, Ice Cream Diet, can put all manner of unusual ideas and initial thoughts in someone's head. Right? There still is, however, the emphasis on low daily caloric intake, but you can eat a bit of the good stuff, too. You know, someone can read the name and erroneously believe they'll be able to eat all the ice cream they want and lose weight - like it's magic ice cream!

People could also get the wrong impression and think the diet is fake and it only makes you fatter - no! This, of course, is only wishful thinking, and if you are really interested in following this diet you have to read all the small print! Just like with so many other diets, you will be required to limit daily calories and get regular exercise.

Overall, the Ice Cream Diet can help you to lose weight if you follow its recommendations. Also, should you decide to "cheat" on the amount of daily ice cream, then don't be surprised if you gain weight or don't lose it. So, what we have here is a system that gets you to limit your calories and lose weight; and you can still have a daily reward, too.
